Here are several observations why whiteboard markers are far more convenient and preferred visual aids by students as well as teachers. I have noticed that students love to spell words, underline,  answer questions, compete in teams, make mind maps  and do plenty of things when given a marker instead of a chalk. They are even more eager to participate when presented with markers in multiply colors. Kids love to be creative using  markers in different colors for learning English language.
